MOUNTAIN STILLNESS

I always love a visit to the Wicklow mountains not far from South Dublin.

One of my favourite places was visiting Lough Dan

A beautiful mysterious lough deep in the valley.

It was broody sometimes but one summer’s day it was glistening and vibrant

I will never forget it

Walking these Mountains in Co Waterford, Co Wicklow or on the borders of Co Tipperary give me plenty of inspirations.

Out in the early light of the day or the moody evening light of a summers day gives me plenty to work with.

The Comeragh Mountains (Irish: Na Comaraigh) are a glaciated mountain range situated in the south east of Ireland in County Waterford.

They are located between the towns of Carrick-on-Suir and Clonmel on the County Tipperary border.
